Just imagine how much more you’ll have to tell him ten and twenty and thirty years down the line. My worst depressive period was around 28 and I’ve had tough times since (I am 43) but also so much richness and growth and beauty and joy.
This is beautiful! I’m in my late 28 and I really feel so lost , wanna change but the feeling of tiredness, lost, no motivation doesn’t help too much. But this help me realize I still need help !
